MESSAGE FROM CATHY GINS: If You Are in a Bad Mood, Don’t Flaunt it, Change it!

You have probably seen the return of “Mood jewelry” originally popular in the 1970s.  When you wear it, it changes color depending on your “mood” and gives you a chart to decode your stress level.  Do we really need a piece of jewelry to tell us how we are feeling?  I would rather have “Mood Jewelry” that changes my mood, not its color!  If I am stressed, it doesn’t tell me, it will relax me.  Feeling tired... it will refresh me.  Can’t focus... it will help me concentrate.  Feeling sad... it will lift my spirits.  Lost the glow... it will put me “in the mood”.  This all may sound futuristic but its really an ancient concept... and one that really works.
